Quick help

  • Restore Purchases: Open the app → SettingsRestore Purchases.
  • Manage Subscription: iOS → Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Android → Play Store > Menu > Payments & subscriptions.
  • No messages appearing? Give it a few seconds. The app shows an instant offline response, then upgrades it when the AI reply arrives.

Contact us

The fastest way to reach us is email. We typically reply within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).

Include your platform (iOS/Android), app version, and (if applicable) purchase receipt ID.

Restore purchases

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple/Google account you used to buy the subscription.

Manage subscription

  • iOS: Settings → Your name → Subscriptions.
  • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple/Google. We can’t access your payment details or cancel on your behalf.

FAQ

The praise takes ~3 seconds. Is that normal?

Yes. We show a quick local message first, then upgrade it when the AI response is ready. If it takes much longer, check your connection and try again.

What data do you store?

Your logged “moments”, basic app analytics, and subscription status. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How can I delete my data?

Use the in-app option Settings → Delete My Data (if available) or email privacy@you-are-doing-great.com with the subject “Delete my data”. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
