Improve reliability and performance, prevent abuse and fraud.
Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.

Lawful basis (GDPR)
Contract: to deliver the App and in-app purchases you request.
Legitimate interests: to keep the App secure and improve features (balanced against your rights).
Consent: where required for optional features or marketing (you can withdraw at any time).
Legal obligation: to keep necessary transaction records.
Sharing & processors
We share data with service providers ("processors") who process data solely on our instructions:

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill legitimate purposes (e.g., accounting, legal compliance). You may delete your content ("moments") at any time within the App. Upon account cancellation or deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your data except where legal retention is required.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access and receive a copy of your data.
Correct or delete your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Port your data to another service.
Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
For EU/UK: you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For California residents, you also have rights under CCPA/CPRA; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data (encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13+ (16+ in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International transfers
We may process data outside your country. When transferring personal data from the EEA/UK to third countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
Cookies & tracking
The mobile App does not use third-party cookies. Our websites may use strictly necessary cookies and basic analytics. Where required, we will request your consent.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If changes significantly affect your rights, we will notify you in the App or by email.
